The Public Administration degree program at California State University, Bakersfield Antelope Valley prepares students for meaningful careers in government, nonprofit leadership, and health care administration. Ready to transfer? Apply to California State University, Bakersfield Antelope Valley to complete your bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Administration. Choose “Fall 2026” and select CSU Bakersfield – Public Administration as your major. Simply apply to the main CSUB program in Bakersfield, and once admitted, you will be transitioned into the online CSUB AV program.
