All CSUB graduates are eligible to participate in any of the cultural celebrations.

Chicana/o/x Commencement Celebration
Friday, May 8, 2026

Icardo Center
Fee to participate is $75. Parking in Lot I will be free. 
Guest tickets will be required for this ceremony. Students will be contacted by M.E.C.h.A on when and where to pick up their guest tickets.

Black Graduates Recognition Celebration
Saturday, May 9, 2026
10am-noon
Icardo Center
Fee to participate is $40. Parking in lot I is free.
Guest tickets will not be required for this ceremony.

Asian Pacific Islander Desi American Graduates Celebration
Tuesday, May 12, 2026
3:30-5pm
Dore Theatre
There is no fee to participate in this ceremony. Parking in Lots A and B are free.
Guest tickets will not be required for this ceremony.

Lavender Graduates Celebration
