Marina Manzano is the Director and Chief Procurement Officer for Procurement, Contracts and Distribution Services at California State University, Bakersfield (CSUB). Marina has over 20 years of experience in Higher Education Procurement and is a double alumna of CSUB, holding both a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Master of Public Administration. Marina is an active member of the CSU Chief Procurement Officers Association. In addition to her professional role, Marina is the Co-Chair of CSUB's Organization of Women Leaders (OWLs) Affinity Group, contributing to the development and support of women leaders within the university community.

Hillary Castellano graduated from CSUB with her degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration. She has worked at CSUB as a Police Dispatcher during her undergraduate years, later as a Senior Budget Analyst, and now as the Director of Accounting and Reporting for Payment Services.

Rosalba Flores is the Director of Budgeting, Accounting and Reporting Services, Academic Affairs, for the Sponsored Program Administration Auxiliary at California State University, Bakersfield (CSUB). Rosalba graduated from California State University, Bakersfield with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting. Rosalba is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 23 years of public accounting experience. Rosalba served in the role of partner for over 10 years, auditing large governmental entities and employee retirement systems. She also served as Chief Operating Officer.

In her current role, Rosalba leads the Auxiliary’s accounting team providing leadership and oversight for internal and external financial reporting. In addition to her professional role, Rosalba is involved with the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF). She has served as Ambassador for the Advisory Council for the San Joaquin Valley Chapter, collaborating with senior staff as a marketing advisor and ambassador at various local activities.

Jassica Gauna is the Director of Budgeting, Accounting and Reporting Services for University Advancement at California State University, Bakersfield (CSUB). Jassica is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and double alumna of CSUB, holding both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Business Administration. Before joining CSUB, she gained extensive experience in auditing, tax, and financial reporting through her work in public accounting at a local CPA firm. In addition to her professional role, Jassica serves on the steering committee of CSUB's Organization of Women Leaders (OWLs), contributing to the development and support of women leaders within the university community.
