Intent
The intent of the RunnerPass Committee is to provide policy guidance and financial oversight of the RunnerPass. The Committee shall meet a minimum of once a quarter, not including summer quarter.
Purpose
The Committee will provide guidance to Information Technology Services (ITS), the Division currently providing operational support and maintenance for the RunnerPass system and services.
Objectives
The objectives of the RunnerPass Committee are to:
- Review all proposed changes to the use of the RunnerPass.
- Review the RunnerPass budget each quarter and approve the annual operating budget presented at the Spring quarter meeting.
- Review RunnerPass fees and make recommendations.
- Review other policies and procedures related to the RunnerPass as they arise.
Membership
The membership of the RunnerPass Committee shall consist of the following, or their respective designee:
- Director of Academic Technology Services and ITS Grants, Jaimi Paschal (Chair)
- University Controller, Heather Macaulay
- Associated Students Inc. President or designee
- Dean of the Library or designee, Faculty Librarian
- Director of Student Rights & Responsibilities, Rubicelia Alvarez
- RunnerPass database system administrator, Christian Ortiz (1/2 vote)
- RunnerPass database system administrator, Steve Miller (1/2 vote)
- Housing Director, Hilda Nieblas Valenzuela
- Housing Coordinator, Lourdes Hernandez
- Antelope Valley Representative, Information Technology Consultant, Mike Brown
- Associate Vice President for Facilities or designee, Aditi Arya (Advisory)
- Chief of University Police Department, Mari Gonzalez (Advisory)
- Director of Athletics, or designee, TBD (Advisory)
- Information Technology Services Administrative Support, Ydalia Lucio (non-voting)
Meetings
Meetings will be quarterly or as needed to move forward the goals of the Committee.
