Strategic Phases
Phase 1 (Year 1) - Install the Core Infrastructure
FOCUS: Establishing the core systems, structures and governance required to support
an integrated institution.

FOCUS: The systems installed in year 1 are turned to address the opportunities that
emerged in sensemaking in the community.

Phase 3 (Years 4-5) - Institutionalize What Works
FOCUS: The systems and practices established through the strategy are fully embedded
into CSUB's ongoing operations.
